•  that using the kidUbar is a physical activity involving sports equipment and, as with any such activity, there is the possibility of risk of injury.

• to release and hold harmless the seller, Kidubar Pty Ltd, (Trading as Kidubar), from claims and liabilities of any type whatsoever, which could   result from using the kidUbar.

Warranty Details:

Within 6 months from the original date of purchase we will repair or replace your purchase for any defects in materials or workmanship. No refund payment will be issued. This commitment does not apply where failures are due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone without the express permission of kidUbar. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
